你好！我是段辰达，UCLA Computer Engineering 二年级博士生，我的导师是 Prof. Vwani Roychowdhury。我现在也在 Alibaba Accio 实习，主要负责大模型智能体后训练。
本科和硕士我都就读于 UCLA 计算机系，硕士期间，我在 Bolei Zhou 老师的实验室做研究。本科期间，我和M. Khalid Jawed老师 以及 Dr. Roel Ophoff老师 都有合作。算起来，我会在UCLA度过10年！
研究方向
大模型的记忆框架与推理
我目前的研究关注 LLMs/VLMs 的 记忆推理增强和后训练。我在构建具备智能体能力的下一代 RAG 与结构化记忆系统，希望提升模型的长上下文理解、多模态推理和视频理解能力。最近我尤其关注智能体的记忆框架，让大模型更好地对长跨度的上下文进行组织、检索与推理。
大模型的智能体后训练
在 Alibaba Accio，我是 Accio 的下一代智能体大模型 训练工作的核心负责人之一，主要负责模型后训练、强化学习、智能体环境构建，以及可扩展训练系统。
AI for Neuroscience
我的另一条研究线是 AI + 神经科学：用机器学习系统从神经活动中解码人类记忆与认知。说得大胆一点，我希望在 神经科学 和 AI 之间建立双向连接：用 AI 理解记忆与认知的神经机制，也从大脑中获得启发来设计更自适应的 AI 系统。
我过去的研究经历还包括 自动驾驶、强化学习、机器人 和 AI+医学。
